Cumming Construction is a Father/Son business, so the two work well together and take pride in their work. I had them replace virtually, all of the windows in my mid-century home—most of which were large...6 x 5 or more—so it was some intense lifting, carrying, and moving. They did it without damaging the windows or my house. They accomplished the job in good time, were there when they said theyd be, and overall did an excellent job. When finished, they removed all of the trash, which was substantial. A good company I feel more than comfortable recommending!

Jon and his team led a smooth process from start to finish with the design, permitting, and construction of our roof deck. He also coordinated with our roofing contractor before he began. He stayed on budget and finished earlier than expected - something that rarely happens with residential contractors. He also helped us trouble shoot a chronic leak we were having and figured out the source. I would highly recommend Cumming Construction.

Cummings Construction did a great job restoring my daughters kitchen and finished the 3rd floor of her house into bedrooms for two of her daughters. I hired John to redo my 80 year old master bathroom and powder room. When the bathroom fixture supplier sent a damaged bath tub, John adjusted the construction schedule and completed the work on time and on budget. My neighbor was happy with their work and hired them to build their addition and first floor powder room. My daughter recently hired them to refinish their basement and build an addition and powder room on the back of their house (they are making tremendous progress.) I would not hesitate to hire them.
