My husband and I got into the business around the same time and we quickly realized that our clients liked seeing us together as a team and a family (you may see our children with us at showings from time to time). Many find us more relateable, knowledgable, trustworthy, and accommodating to our client's schedules. We both have a passion for helping others find that perfect home, whether it's your primary residence, a home for your parents/children, or an investment opportunity.
We know what it's like to buy and sell homes, as we've done it a few times ourselves, with and without kids. And we can tell you that each and every time is a new experience, a new negotiaion, and a new set of tears and cheers, that just simply isn't a plesant process to go through alone. That's why we are here! This is our full-time job, what we learn about day in and day out, what feeds our family, and helps us grow our team.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet all of our clients in person at first, either at their home, at my office, or at a coffee shop. If that is not possible, then having a phone conversation about their wants, needs, preferred location, desired budget, etc. is a must. From there I guide my clients through the pre-approval process, setting up a tailored MLS search, requesting showings, submitting offers, selecting home inspectors, and then finally settling on their new home!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real Estate is a people business, plain and simple. I do have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Millersville University, but if I was not outgoing and could not relate to others, then I would not be in this business. I also have a vast knowledge of the County as I used to work in Tourism Sales for over 6 years. This background has allowed me to show my clients a different perspective on areas and neighborhoods that may not have originally been on their radar.
