What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a customer with call, email or text and we set up a time to chat about thier needs. I am always flexible and will work around their schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of selling real estate in the area. Realtor with multiple designations including; SRS, Epro and I also have my staging certificate.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved architecture, interior design and meeting new people. It was just common sense that real estate was my dream job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone who you connect with and can trust. This can be a long and sometimes emotional process so I find these two items to be exrtemely important.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is this person Full-time or do they just practice real estate part-time. You need someone who will be avaialble to you around the clock, especially in this market.
