Lorna Kozlowski, REALTOR
About
I am a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Communications, which has served me well in my career as a REALTOR. As the mother of twins, I more than understand the finess needed to satisfy all parties while staying focused on the goal. I have served Chester and Delaware Counties for close to 20 years, representing both Buyers and Sellers. I have a strong affinity for first responders and military, and a deep respect for the sacrifices they have made. My patience throughout the process has proven to be a huge benefit to first time home buyers. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, you owe it to yourself to give me a call and see how my experience can benefit you.
The opportunity to earn the trust of my clients and guide them through the process is what brings me joy. Being able to negotiate and work on their behalf is another highlight. Ultimately what brings me the greatest joy is walking away from the settlement table with a satisfied client and new friend.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a new client we spend time talking about their real estate goals. After assessing their wants and needs, I help them develop a gameplan to achieve their goals. From there, we either begin our house hunt, or in the case of a listing, the marketing begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Communications and I am a licensed real estate agent. I'm a member of the National Association of REALTORS. My education did not end with my licensure training, it is an ongoing process with continuous updating.
How did you get started in this business?
My journey into real estate began when I was told "no." Fresh out of college I was looking to begin a career. I interviewed with a broker for an administrative position and ultimately was passed up for the job. What may have been disheartening for some, was a catalyst for me. I was determined to be a part of the real estate world, and decided that getting my real estate license was the path for me. At the time I did not realize how much of an impact my role would play in the lives of my clients. It is a duty I take personally in every transaction. That approach has granted me the respect to be called on by my clients repeatedly, and to earn their recommendations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with just about every type of client from first time home buyers to relocation professionals. Sellers who are moving up, facing a change in marital status, or dealing with an estate. I work with investors and tenants, land owners, and developers. You name it, and I have more than likely worked in that situation.
