Becuase for us, it's not about the house, it's about the people. When you hire the Anna Abbatemarco Group, you get a concierge style service that is seldom experienced in Real Estate. Too often, you are dealing wtih an independent Agent who is handling every aspect of the job or a Mega Team who are basically a small brokerage where every person is for themseleves. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the Team Leader and Listing Agent, I handle all Seller transactions for my Team. Jennifer, our Director of Operations and Suzanne, our Director's Assistant, are both part of the process as well. Stacey and Beth are our Buyer Agents and will host our Open Houses. If you are a buyer, Beth and Stacey will be assisting you. Usually the home you are looking for is not on market yet. Stacey and Beth keep me in the loop as to what you are in need of. I list on average a new home a week and in doing so, I am often finding the right home for you before it is even available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is such an important part of our success. We spend a great maount of time and money investing in ourselves, so that we can be the best for you. Im a bug beleiver in Coaching and have always had a coach in my real estate career. I have also attended Tony Robbins Business Mastery twice. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert as well as a Senior Residential Specialist.
