What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome the opportunity to speak with you about buying or selling a home and what you are looking for in an Agent.
When you choose to list your home with me, we will sit down and work together to design a marketing plan. Also, I will give you information on how to get your home in top showing condition. The better your home looks, the more likely it is to sell fast!
As your buyer agent, I want to find you the right home, and not just any home to close a deal. When it's time to put your signature on the contract, I will guide you through the process with patience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier credential in seller representation. As a Listing Specialist, it is my responsibility to help you strategically price your home to get it SOLD quickly for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.
Also, I have been awarded the SRES and ABR designation.
