Better Homes & Gardens Cassidon Realty

I have been in Real Estate since I am 19 years old, nearly 30 years. In that time I have won numerous sales awards from HUD, Fannie Mae, Coldwell Banker, Cinticorp and Better Homes and Gardens. Today we have two offices in our brokerage, Better Homes and Gardens Cassidon Realty, comprising of 60 agents and 5 staff people. In addition, we have Cassidon Property Management that currently manages 400 units for small to medium size investors throughout the lehigh valley. I also own and operate Petra Holdings and Development which operates 100+ rental units, has done several subdivisions and flipped hundreds of homes in my career.

More importantly, I am the father to two outstanding young men, Elias and Caleb. They have been taught the value of good leadership, the necessity for strong work ethic and the need to laugh at oneself from time to time. They have been taught that a strike out is learning lesson and that management is doing things right but leadership is doing the right things.
