What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once initial contact with a customer we then follow up with an appointment at our customers location. With quick response times we like to get pur jobs priced out and scheduled as soon as possible to make our clients worry free. Upon completion we walk the premises with our clients to be sure it is what they expected. No job is done until we "WOW" our customers
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelors degree in Business ADministration with 8 plus years in the green industry. Always looking to further my teams knowledge about th green industry year to year.
