About
My name is Thomas Roth and I am an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Real Estate in Allentown. My goal for any client is to first help them understand exactly what is necessary to sell or purchase real estate. One way that I’ve done this is to publish a series of books to help consumers understand the process. It is important for you, the real estate consumer, to know as much as you can about the real estate transaction and how to make the most of it.
Many of the people I work with appreciate the experience I bring to every real estate transaction. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I built and ran businesses aimed at helping the community. As a business owner I looked for ways to help people solve problems by using technology. And, as a business owner and part-time real estate investor, I learned how to get things done...correctly and on time.
After selling a business in 2005, I was looking for new challenges and new ways to help people find fulfillment in their lives. I found that opportunity in Real Estate. In 2006 I joined Keller Williams Real Estate and started my career as an agent. I chose Keller Williams because they have a culture of caring I could believe in and a real win-win attitude. Ever Since, I was licensed as a Realtor® I continued to learn. I received my Real Estate Brokers license in March of 2018. My certifications include e-Pro, Accredited Buyer Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Probate Real Estate Professional.
A few other details about me...I was born and raised in Allentown, graduated from William Allen High School, spent four years in the U.S. Air Force and have traveled for business and pleasure throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan. I am a member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Lehigh Valley Aging in Place, the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce and I am a Rotarian.
