What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to communicate clearly & respectfully with all of our customers, new & recurring, in order to understand their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've spent years in the housekeeping feild being trained by 5 star hotel training programs such as Shawnee in Mount Pocono +others.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our base cleans cost $350.00 & our hourly standard rate is $75/hr. We always have a discount program available and prices vary depending on requests.
How did you get started in this business?
We started doing this work since in our teenage years working in a variety of different resorts & hospitality companies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of people, everyone is different in their own way so we try to adapt to the preferences of our customers. We do whatever it takes to make the customer comfortable.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our most recent project of a basement organization & cleanup. packing, re- arranging and cleaning, it was definitely rewarding to complete.
