About
My theory and success has been about teaching owners how to develop a trusting and respectful relationship with their dogs through Positive Reinforcement. Yes, you and your dog will actually enjoy learning and they will be eager to please and work for you as all dogs instinctively are born to. No Positive Punishment methods which may get you results, (not respect,) by using aversive tools or handling with Choke, Prong, Bark or Shock collars that can lead to anxiety or fear down the road. At New Leash On Life Dog Training LLC. we emphasize developing a strong bond and keeping it fun for both you, your family and of course, your furry family member/s.
I've discovered that by learning their way of communicating through their body language we've developed a strong bond and trusting relationship. Being a volunteer, (and soon to becoming their personal Dog Trainer,) at the Last Chance Ranch Animal Shelter in Quakertown, I've dealt with hundreds of dogs. All breeds, sizes, issues and characteristics; it's helped make me the trainer I am today and yet, I'm still constantly learning. CCDT/APDT certified. New Leash On Life LLC. on Facebook
