We enjoy getting to know the dogs that come in to be groomed. They all have their own special personallity. We love to hear our customers tell us about the funny things their dogs do at home. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out of our way to make your dog feel safe, secure, and good about being here. Each dog is different with his own personality. We cater to your dogs likes and dislikes. We will do whatever we can to make being groomed a good experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Val Knauss: Learned grooming by working side by side with another groomer. Ive been grooming dogs for 26 years. Becky and Theresa have both attended grooming school, and have been certified in dog grooming.
