What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone contact to schedule an estimate to see if we provide the services wanted. Then we'd schedule an in person meeting for measurements and to review the project. Lastly, we'll contact client with the price and if the client accepted the price, we'd start and complete the job by scheduled agreed time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years in the concrete industry and home improvement business.
