What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The full scope beyond meet n greet includes all aspects of the job. From educating the reasons for repair, total options as Good, Better, Best scenarios. Then collect of down payment, material acquisition, permits if needed. Commencement of work, job updates, communications of findings, progress, inspections, clean up, completion of scope, n collection of final payments. Is typically the run down on all projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Advance wood and metal fabrication. Been running a chainsaw since i was a kid. Been in the service industry my last 18 years of life. Journeyman pipe layer for underground. Help launch Wolcotts residential plumbing side. 25 combined years in this industry.

Yes, it's generally about 15 to 20 percent less, or basically national average pricing . We also have add on task discount pricing.
