What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the listing side, we like to visit their home in person and give tips on getting the home ready for market as well as preparing a professional home value estimate for them. Of course, we also go over all of our services.

Licensed Broker in Oregon since 2003. Also have earned many certificates in green home features as well as seller represtation.
