I'm a people person and I love finding the right home for each client! On the buying side I have worked with first time home buyers, small landlords and seasoned investors. On the selling side I have worked with single family home owners, builders and development investors. I love seeing a project from start to finish!
Originally from the midwest, I have called Oregon home for 15 years now and enjoy everything from the wild scenery and accessible nature to the vibrant culinary and nightlife experience. I have been doing real estate in the Portland area since 2013 and call The Garcia Group my brokerage home. We are located in the Water Tower on SW Macadam Ave.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact I will schedule a meeting with you so that we can get acquainted and I can learn about what you’re looking for in a home. If this is your first time buying a home, we’ll have the “Real Estate 101” chat first so that you can become familiar with the process and terminology. Then, we can move on to talk about your priorities for the home and neighborhood, your financial comfort zone, how an offer is structured and the types of inspections you should be prepared for. I can also introduce you to the best mortgage lenders so that you can begin the pre-approval process.
When we find a home that you are interested in, I will help to determine your offering price and develop a negotiation strategy. Once we are in escrow I will continue to work for your interests throughout the inspection phase, appraisal and all the way to closing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my realtor license in Oregon in 2013 and have been enjoyong working in the Portland Metro area every since. In that time I have also held roles including Escrow Sales Coordinator and Business Development Specialist. I also have a BA in Spanish and a BA in Linguistics. I am fluent in Spanish.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in real estate because of a great connection with a realtor who showed me there's so much more to the industry than sales. It's about the people, and helping to find them the right home at the right price!
