Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$150 for 1 story up to 120 ln ft slope of roof and perimeter may be a factor. Clean gutters and flushed spouts.
2 story $225 up to 200 ln ft slope and perimeter can affect the price. Flush and gutter cleaning.
Spouts have to be taken down to flush is $20 to $30 ea to take down , flush and reinstall.
3 story or more is estimate and inspection needed.
