What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually after a brief call, we email clients a checklist to gather (paystubs, etc) and an application or a link to apply on-line.
Once that comes in, we immediately CALL with thier credit scores and review the best loan options for an Approval.
After that we maintain our exclusive 8 point promise by keeping them informed of every crucial step along the way...right up until closing.
Of course, our team is just a phone call or email away if there are questions that come up at anytime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating from the University of Oregon with a Business Degree, Stuart Sandor has spent that past 26 years getting hands on experience helping clients closing on homes.
Each year, he enrolls in a minimum of 12 hours "Continuing Education" classes to stay on top of new regulations and learn about new loan products.
