Gordon Properties, Inc. is a local, second generation family-owned company based in Clackamas County, Oregon.
Originally founded in 1969 as a real estate broker, we began specializing in residential property management in the early 1980s and Gordon Properties, Inc. was born.
In 2019, Chris Gordon became the owner of Gordon Properties, Inc. after working at the family business as maintenance, property manager, real estate broker and Principal Broker. Chris took a break from working at Gordon Properties after high school to serve in the US Marine Corp before returning full time to Gordon Properties and now has over 25 years of experience in the rental and real estate markets in the Portland metro area.
We are a full-service residential property management company, specializing in the management of single family homes, individual condos and townhomes, plexes and small apartment complexes. We are members of the Rental Housing Alliance Oregon and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and actively manage several hundred homes throughout Clackamas County, Multnomah County and Washington County, including Portland, Gresham, Troutdale, Sandy, Milwaukie, Damascus, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin and Hillsboro.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
* 1 year minimum management agreement
* Rent Up or Re-Rent Fee: Half of one full month’s rent when placing a tenancy to fill a vacancy
* Single units: Management fee is 10% of collected rent, Reserve Funds of at least $500 per property
* Plexes: Management fee is 8% of collected rent, Reserve Funds of at least $500 per property for duplexes and at least $200 per door for properties with 3 or more units.
* Routine Inspections are done twice per year, there is a $50.00 charge for each routine inspection performed.
