Its amazing that we paid less than 200 dollars and got a gorgeous instrument back! The Bluthner never sounds this good, even in the store! My son said the keys are even, and lighter (which is good for him), we can hear the sound is so solid, warm, and I would use the word other people refer to a Bluthner --- it sings! I dont know what magic you use today, even it sounds louder! You can put another title in your name card -- a magician!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually a phone call will help me to answer any questions the client may have. It also gives me the opportunity to assess what the client's needs are and make an appointment straightaway.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Bass Player. I have an associates degree in music education. I learned barely enough piano to pass my piano exams. I have developed from that.

I apprenticed with a foremost piano designer/technician. I have been working on pianos for 44 years and still love it. I attend as many Piano Technicians conferences and conventions as I can afford. I teach and I learn valuable knowledge by attending those convention's classes.
