I took my 10 year old German Shepherd to her. She did a fantastic job! Great prices and is definitely an animal person, my Shepherd usually gets quite anxious when Im not with her and she did great with Jen! Definitely found our new groomer with her!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a client card for the owner to fill out that allows me to keep notes and information on the dog and owner contact info. I will go over the dogs coat and grooming instructions before the owner leaves to make sure we are on the same page with services and price. Pick up is also discussed. Owner can stay present if wanted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified groomer. I graduated from Betty's pet grooming school in 2008 and did some finishing-work training after that. I have also been commended for my gentle hand and calm demeanor with aggressive, nervous, and unruly pets.
