What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new customer is getting to know them and what they are looking for. Also most importantly make sure they are pre-approved. Once they are pre-approved we meet to go over a buyers guide I have created just for my clients that goes over the process and all the forms they will be signing once we submit an offer so they aren't so overwhelmed once the time comes. I do my best to show my clients I'm with them every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My office is back by many years of experienced agents that offer lots of training and knowledge. We also have weekly meetings to make sure we stay up to date and ways that we can improve and grow from others experiences. This allows me to be the best agent I can be for my clients.
