What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting the name of both the pet and owner. I ask if the pet has any sensitive point that I should know about. I kinda talk to the pet to get it familiar with me. And offer the pet a treat so that it doesn't feel threatened or anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family are animal lovers so I dealt with all types of pets including lizards I don't have any real professional training but I've worked on my own with sick dogs and I've delivered puppies once
