What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a free meet and greet. Really make sure everyone is comfortable with each other. Then depending on the clients needs is how we go about getting things scheduled.

Over 20 years of small animal hospital experience has equipped me with many tricks of the trade.

It all depends on the type of service needed, but I am very fairly priced and I am more concerned with the pets well well being.

I have always had a passion to work with animals and anyway I can accomplish it is what I do!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love getting to a house to do simple nail trims. When they are done and I give them praises then they give me kisses and tail wags! Life doesn't get much better than seeing a happy fur kid!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please find a person makes you feel comfortable and also makes your pet happy!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask the pro if they have ever had a problem with any types of breeds. If they don't like your breed they may be discriminated.
