About
We are a full service building design firm. We handle both residential and light commercial buildings, remodels, additions and new construction. We specialize in virtual 3D modeling to allow our clients to see realistic views of their projects including their choice of colors, stains, flooring, cabinet styles, furniture and lighting. We then produce accurate construction documents for permiting and construction. Our goal is to always EXCEED our clients' expectations.
We work with clients all over the world, and so we get to meet a wide variety of people, each with their own ways of using their space. We like to get to know our clients, so we can design a space that fits the way they live. It is fun to see a project completed knowing you have already seen the same thing in the virtual 3D model we created.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss your project in depth during a no cost, no obligation intial consultation. We then develop a scope of work and provide an estimate of fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our two lead designers have over 45 years of experience between then in design and construction. Our company has won numerous awards and has projects in 23 different states and several foreign countries.
