They were willing to come on the weekend in the afternoon on short notice and perform a very detailed inspection for us. Craig had a sense of urgency during the inspection but yet was very thorough. Did a great job explaining is simply term to the buyers and did not scare them away. I know who I will now be using for all my feature inspections. Job well done.
