Welcome to Accurate Home Inspections, Inc. where we are, and have been inspecting both Commercial and Residential properties for over 25 years, and have a combined experience of over 44 years! AHI has several inspectors that are specialized and primarily perform our commercial and residental inspections, and additional inspectors that primarily specialize in and perform our water, well, & septic inspections, as well as handling all sewer/camera inspections, and in slab air duct inspections. This ensures that you the clients are served in a timely fashion and we are able to assist you with all inspection services you may require under (1) company which is not only going to save you time, but it saves the effort of securing additinal contractors and money!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work directly with each of our clients as they contact us. Usually each client has their own specific needs, and questions or concerns so each of our clients requirements are handled on an individual basis. After we have addressed all questions, and concerns, and they have recieved our quote for the services they are needing we will schedule them thru our online booking system, and email each client their confirmation with all their inspection information and price quoted attached. Once our inspector has completed the home inspection they will go over the entire inspection verbally with the clients, and their realtors if applicable to ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed. Each client and their realtors if applicable will receive a copy of the inspection via email for further evaluation, and if they need any additional assistance we will always be happy to speak with them as many times as required to ensure proper understanding of all remarks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors are licensed thru the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board which is the States oversite, and each of our inspectors have passed the necessary exams and continuing CEUS to maintain licensures. Accurate Home Inspections, Inc. home inspectors all have a minimum of 15 years experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is based on the Square Footage of the home, and additional services such as secondary HVAC systems, and or water heaters are added in addition if there are more than (1) one.
However our office team will always thoroughly explain the pricing and details for each clients service requirements before scheduling, and they also receive this information thru email confirmation for their records as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individual home buyers, realtors, investment property holders, and investors regulary.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are able to answer all your questions, and are willing to spend the time doing so. Remember an inspection is vital to uncovering issues a home may have but are invisble to the untrained eye.
Research their credentials * There are no national standards for home inspectors make sure they are part of a professional orginaztion. The best organizastions require that the inspector pass yearly exams, and obtain a specific amount of contnuing education credits (CEUS). Our inspectors are State licensed, and complete yearly re-certification and are insured according to the State Of Oklahoma Construction Industries Board requirements.
Ask if they perform repairs * This answer should be no it is a conflict of interest to you the client.
Ask if you can attend the inspection * It is recommended that you are in attendance the day we perform the home inspection, as valuable information can be otbtained by the client throughout the inspectoin, giving you the opprtunity to speak with the inspector regarding any specific items of concern.
Make your own decision * Some states allow real estate agents and other professionals to make recommendations on what home inspector to hire. A recommendation does not necessarily guarantee that the inspector is the best choice. Make your decision based on your research.
