What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask the pet parent questions about the breed, weight, and age of their dog, weather or not he/she is aggressive. Make sure they are up to date on vaccines. Then I'll ask what kind of services they are needing done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grooming for 17 years. I went to dog grooming school right out of high school 13 years ago, but I had been grooming my personal dogs and family members before that.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I base most basic bath prices off of the weight and coat type of your dog. And haircut prices are based on breed, size, coat condition and weight as well.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been around animals since I was born, I fell in love and that led me to a passion to work with them in some way, I initially wanted to become an animal cop but my big heart couldn't handle seeing animals mistreated so I picked up on self taught grooming and training of our family dogs growing up.
