What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find a time to meet with the customer & see exactly what they are in need of! All estimates are free of charge & we email all estimates to our customers within 24 hours of the initial meeting!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2018 & have a 5 star rating! We WILL make our customers 100% happy with our work! We will also be around when the job is done so if anything goes wrong later down the road we will be around to repair the problem!
How did you get started in this business?
I actually worked for Oklahoma Natural Gas & started this business as a night & weekend side job! Within the first year I had to make a choice to stay at the gas company or devote all my time & energy into this because it was growing so fast (thanks to our fantastic customers) so scared to death I left Oklahoma Natural Gas & took this on full time! It has been the best decision I have ever made!

Ask lots of questions! Are they insured? Do they have references? Do they have a website?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have an idea of what they want & also do some research to have an idea of what it will cost!
