What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get basic information about your home for your inspection order and schedule the inspection. We send email confirmations and reminders to our client, their REALTOR, and the seller's REALTOR. We arrive early and begin our inspection with an explanation of the process, the inspection agreement, the 90 Day BuyBack Guarantee, the Home Maintenance Book, and the Home Energy Report. We take the time to answer all questions before, during and after the inspection. We email our digital inspection report with details, photos and links to our clients and their REALTOR ASAP on the same day as the inspection. We are always accessible and available to answer questions at any time in the future. We want to make sure you understand your inspection report and maximize & maintain the value of your real estate investment.
