Wayne helped us during the search and purchase of our current home. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall nice person to deal with. He was referred to us by a mutual acquaintance and we couldnt have been more pleased. When we sell this house someday, he will be the one we will call to represent us as the sellers.

I didnt buy a house from Wayne but I can say that he worked his b-- off trying. I would want any one looking for a house to keep Wayne Barns in mind. Thumbs up

When we began searching for our house and working with Wayne, it was from New York. Wayne was never more than a phone call or text away. He made a process that could have been very difficult, easy. In everything he did, he was timely, thorough, and considerate. Wayne was absolutely amazing to work with, and helped us find our new home.

Wayne was always seeking homes for me to view. My parameters were quite specific as to size and location. When Wayne took me through it was perfect, as I was also looking for one that could be purchased “right and could be remodeled” he found it. He had to work fast and precise as the Agent that had the listing was about to de-list it to go to rental. Wayne made it happen. He made happen and he can make it happen for you! Wayne hasn’t seen the remodel because it will not be completed until about Thanksgiving 2019.

Wayne provided just the right mix of assistance along with setting up viewings for properties we had found on our own searches. He also was patient and always there to explain what was happening every step of the way. We would definitely use him should we find ourselves selling or buying in the future.
