What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we'll se by pictures or in person the environment to be design, as the customer fee more comfortable to see the estimate for the design, after this the customer have to express the way they see their place to be, and the needs and the expectations and the time and budget to do the changes, then we set a first meeting to show them the proposal, and after the customer is happy with the result we proceed to do the do the physical job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have architectural and engineering studies.

How did you get started in this business?
We started as a family business working since generations. As a contractor managers, supervisors and design projects manager, of job in single family homes to a big shopping in different areas.
