As a Realtor, I stand because I offer a one of a kind marketing program. Putting my marketing degree to use and the resources RE/MAX offers me, it really makes a difference. I am also a social body, who loves to meet new people and help them in any way possible! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For buyers I am working with, I like to have a buyer consultation meeting and go over the process, the documents, and what to expect. For sellers, I like to have a listing presentation to explain what I can offer and bring to the table, as well as a strategic marketing plan that can get your house sold faster.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a degree in marketing so I can provide a great marketing plan for all of my clients. I also received two designations, Price Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Seller Represenitive Specialist (SRS).
How did you get started in this business?
I got started into real estate because the possibilities are endless. I enjoy helping people and guiding them through the most emotional purchase of their life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all clients because I want to find a way to help everyone. First time home buyers and millennials are my specialty.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask agents what they will and can do for you. You want someone who follows up regularly and are looking to help you and not just get a paycheck.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What marketing background and experience do you have? Do you take professional pictures for listings.
