What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually prefer to do a run through, in-home visit, to get aquainted with the location of their home and their pet or pets and as to what the owners needs may require. I find it works out best for everyone, especially the pets, to already familiarize them with me to help them with any transition insecurities for any actual assignment.
