Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to find out exactly what they expect from us so I can make a check list for my crew. We go over details of their property: how big their home or rental is, how many rooms/bedrooms, the approximate hours the job will take, are they looking for a deep clean or basic clean and what that entails. We go over an esitimate of cleaning project and then set up the customers first cleaning appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a care taker for years and I am now a mother. I have previous experience with a professional cleaning company.
The other cleaners in my crew have similar experience and together we have been taking care of multiple AirBnBs and homes a year.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every estimate depends on the job, how big the home is, and what the client is looking for. We charge per clean, not by the hour.
How did you get started in this business?
This business started as just a side gig for me and a friend cleaning one AirBnB. We quickly acquired other clients and so I decided to get our LLC and expand!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with mostly AirBnB hosts and short term rentals. We also have a few clients that we clean their personal homes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I believe that communication is key. Make your expectations clear and leave a line of open and honest communication with the pro you are hiring.
