We prepare permit drawings, new-home plans, additions and remodels, custom-home layouts, as-builts, 3D design, and construction-document sets using Chief Architect.With 20+ years of residential drafting experience and familiarity with local plan-check requirements, we make the scope, deliverables, price, and next step clear before production begins. Standard additions and remodels are billed at $120 per hour, new-construction drafting starts at $2 per square foot, and a three-sheet sample pack is available for $249–$499. Standard project drafting includes one revision; typical turnaround is 15–30 days depending on scope, complexity, and jurisdiction. Reserved contractor capacity is available for recurring work and priority scheduling. GV Drafting produces construction and permit drawings but is not a licensed architecture firm and does not stamp plans. When a stamp is required, we prepare the drawing set for coordination with the project’s licensed architect or engineer.
