Fernando came to look at two toilets that needed attention. He took the time to go over the issues and give me every possible option for repairs or replacements. I appreciate his honesty, time, and professionalism. We have decided to have a replacement installed and have scheduled the appointment and requested Fernando to be our technician.
Update: We had a new toilet installed by Fernando and we are very pleased. Just as before, Fernando was professional, honest, and did excellent work. The replacement of the toilet was done quickly and efficiently and he took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Queen City Plumbing and Fernando in particular.
