What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial meeting with the customer and walk thru what they want their project to look like when complete, what finishes they prefer, what timeframe and budget they have in mind. As we we walk thru the project we will identify any potential obstacles and how we can overcome them.
We then arrange a bid detailing work being done and once approved we complete contract paperwork and set a start date and payment schedule.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the finish. We do have standard labor pricing for common items.
How did you get started in this business?
JR started 30yrs ago helping his grandfather with his rental properties.
