What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A home mold inspection is required. This in turn will let us know if the customer has a mold issue. If so, Ohio Mold Solutions will give a complete report in regards of how and why the mold remediation will go. Every detail will be presented during the mold inspection by the mold inspector. Once the price is given there will be no hidden charges. First we will look for thewater intrusion and let the customer know what they can do and what we can do to help. Being cost effective is important to us. We want the customers trust. No job is too big or small. We treat and remove mold safely.
