All American Moving was established in 2003 as primarily a local residential moving company. Since then we have become an agent for Bekins Van Lines to provide interstate/long distance moving services, and we have also become a leading delivery provider for many high end furniture retailers and distributors.
All American is also the leader in the industry when it comes to sustainability.
We run a zero waste facility as we recycle all of the debris and dunnage resulting primarily from our delivery business, but also our moving business too. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We engage all customers on a consultative basis to document the details associated with their relocation and storage needs. We communicate all estimates in writing. Our estimates are typically within +/- 10% of or final billed cost for your move as long as the inventory and services performed do not change. We require no down payment to reserve you move. We do request that you secure your move with a credit card that is encrypted and held on line until after the move is complete. We invoice you for your move after it is completed and quality checked for accuracy.
