What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive the call requesting an estimate I come out take a look at what you got going on for repairs and or measure for replacements. Then I can either leave you a quote there on the spot or leave send you one through email. Once you accept the quote we discuss when would be a good day to do the work for h th e both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this work for many years starting out with one of the big companies in Ohio. i decided to start my own company as a way to not only provide for my family but as a way to save customers money due to me not having a overhead like the larger companies.

Prices are based off of the footage of the gutters.
How did you get started in this business?
I started at a big company that paid the installers very little but charged customers tons, I liked what I was doing but didn't like that I wasn't making enough money to support my family, but the company was charging customers thousands.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of individuals from extremely rich individuals to the ones who are living pay check to pay check. I was always taught you treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you feel comfortable with the installer and they know what they are doing. Ask questions! There is no dumb questions when it comes to something you might not be familiar with.
