I am an independent groomer from my home with all professional equipment. I have several customers that have been coming back for years. First time fur babies I like to take my time with. New place , new smells & new groomer is a lot for them to take in especially when grooming is exhausting enough for them. I am a huge animal lover and I can asure you that I will treat your fur babies as my own☺

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my new,customers and get to know,them as,well as their,fur babies. I also like to take more time with the new fur baby to make them comfortable. New smells new place &,new person can make them nervous enough when being groomed is exhausting enough for them

I,learned to groom when I worked for an independent grooming service. I,worked for them & learned for 3yrs. I groom dogs & cats

My prices depend on the dog. Size, what you are needing done. &,how long it has been since your fur baby has been,groomed, if they bite or up to,date on shots

I have been,grooming for 5yrs. I got started by working for an independent grooming company for 3yrs

All types but all of my customers have been repeates ☺
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I do 2 dogs , Toby & Sadie which I have been doing for 2yrs. Sadie is,a puppy and my 2yr old granddaughter lives at home & her & Sadie play & run around the house until pick up ☺
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be careful who you pick to tske csre of & groom your baby. All groomers are not as passionate as they should be
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should definitely ask as many questions that make them feel comfortable. Also they need to understand that it is stressful for their fur babies when,being grounded. It is not a good idea for the customers to want to watch their fur babies being groomed as it makes them more nervous
