What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, email, text or use Facebook to reach out to us. Your inquiry reaches the owner. She will respond ASAP and help guide you through the very simple task of getting your pet booked. Life is too chaotic to make grooming your pet a hassle.

How did you get started in this business?
Jodi, the owner walked into Broadway in 1996, the owner noticed her long hair and begged her to groom several dogs on the schedule that day. Jodi decided to help her little sister’s employer out and went to work. Jodi groomed for 5 years and later after attending college came back to buy the business. She has owned it for over 15 years and still grooms occasionally, but works hard managing the 81 run dog facility, which includes a cattery and dog daycare.
