Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss their needs, their goals for their project, their existing situation, and assess the situation. We then plan a strategy for the improvements they're wanting. Then we put the plan in action and work at it until we achieve the desired results, which is a satisfied customer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold an Ohio License in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We are on a flat rate pricing structure, so there are no surprises or hidden costs. We will tell you how much the repair will be before doing anything.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in 1989. We worked hands on - installing equipment, servicing equipment, selling equipment. We wanted to be more instrumental in helping our friends and family in the community, so we started our own business in order to better assist.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they are licensed, bonded, and insured. You get what you pay for, and if you hire a guy to do the work cheaper "on the side", it never turns out good. When it breaks down, you won't be able to reach them. Check out a companies' online reviews and their BBB rating before hiring.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How old is their equipment? How long do they plan to stay in their home? Are there any indoor air quality issues that they hope to resolve?
