I talk them through on what my company does when installing a mitigation system and a estimated price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licensed and insured. NRPP certified multifamily testing and mitigation certified, new construction mitigation certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
A standard mitigation price starts at $800.00 flat rate for any home built past 1992. Most systems are installed under $1000.00 most cases.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask for a license of the mitigation specialist. Too many big companies use the managers license and aren't even licensed to perform the work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know your home, when it was constructed, is there a basement, sump. Finished basement or not. Does it have a walkout basement, is a crawlspace under any of home, is it concrete or dirt.
