About
Customer Service is #1 with me... period. This is important at whatever stage you are in... whether getting a home ready for sale and need some opinions on improvements or referrals, OR when getting ready to buy your first home and need a breakdown on what is expected and what you'lll need to know. For almost 2 decades I have enjoyed my practice as a Realtor, and through many markets and conditions, I have always prided myself on seeing to my families peace of mind to know I have their best interest's in mind. Front to end... I WILL be there.
Meeting families and hearing the wonderful stories that can be shared while together. The stories of how they got where they are and for me to learn how I can best help in getting them to their next chapter. A growing family... a job relocation, even downsizing to allow them to travel more and see the world. EVERYONE has a story, and I am truly honored to be a part of it, even in just a small way. Friends for life... that's what I enjoy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's Meet!!!! Local, or if out of town, a pre-tour visit always me to get to know you as a buyer/celler client. I gather needs and wants, tell you my experiences in beginning stages and get a true feel for what you are needing and wanting from me as your Realtor. Everyone is differenne and requires personal attention on some degree... our initial meeting sets that up moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My college degree is actually in Theory and Composition, as before my real estate career I was a musician, and a touring one at that. Very similiar experience to real estate... orchestrating all the right parts in all the right places. There is a beginning, and most imprtantly for the families, an end. Someone is needed at the helm to orchestrate all the parts to play in all the right places, THAT IS ME!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each deal is difference, and there are very rarely any flat fees. My services for buyers is traditionally free to them as the sellers pay the real estate commission out of the sales price of the home. And the commission to the seller is specific to THAT home and its value in the market place at that time.
How did you get started in this business?
I was a touring musician and in 2000 had a chance to go to my PLAN B! I have always enjoyed real estate and new from my mom's experience with buying her dream home, that if there was going to be any other career for me, it would be REAL ESTATE! No sales experience, but drive and self motivated to create a practice based on ethical and honest treatment of the families that hire me and to givce them consistently the customer service that they deserve and need.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From First Time buyers to Downsizing Seniors, and everyone in between... I have had the honor of working with them all. Estates, Divorcing Couples, Empty Nesters, Vacation Homes, Land, Commercial, Multi-Family, Out of Town, Out of COUNTRY investors. They have crossed my desk and I have experience with.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My daughter Molly, recently raised $300 and donated it to a local group that my wife and family are very fond of. Gigi's Playhouse. this is a Down Syndrome Enrichment and Learning Center that is very close to our hearts. Our son had Down Syndrome, and this donation and involvement has allowed us to continue his name and life. My daughter is only 10 years old and she raised the money selling rubber band bracelets to her school mates and doing extra chores for me
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Not all Realtors are alike, the same as not all Real Estate Brokers are alike. What I offer is the best of the best! Great tools offered by a market sharing broker, Howard Hanna... and a deep desire to utilize all those best tools offered for the clients success, whatever that may be.It is not just about the sale... landscapers, electrician, clean out, painters... these are in my stable of contacts and available for my families, whether there is a home or not.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much is my home worth, or/and what can I afford...how many bedrooms, baths, room...what area....any problems in past transactions...why and how resolved...availability...how to reach your favorite Realtor, tmb @ 216.496.8481.
