What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation to understand the client's needs and timeframe. If selling, meet at the client's property to discuss details of the home, determine price point strategy and thoroughly go through the home selling process so the client has an complete understanding of expectations of both the selling process and my marketing and service plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To stay relevant and up to date on housing trends, legal requirements and all aspects of the contract to close world, I take the mandatory 30+ hours of continuing education. Above that, I also grow my business strategies and abilities by taking certification courses. Some of my certifications & designatins that I keep current are:

I offer sliding scale commission plans for a variety of services designed to be fair, equitable and keep as much money in my clients' pocket as possible! I also have a loyalty plan for repeat clients or clients buying AND selling with me.
How did you get started in this business?
With a background in marketing, and a previous position as a contstruction project manager and commercial real estate planner that required 10-12 days away from home per month, the next leap with a young one at home was something that I could do locally. I traded in the desk job in corporate America for long days, endless weekends and evenings filled with calls and contracts and I have never looked back! I love this industry, I love being a caretaker of the American Dream and being actively involved with protecting the rights and the benefits of homeownership!
