    When meeting a new client, We talk with them to determine their needs. If looking to purchase a home than we will discuss the process, help them secure lending, set up a home search and answer questions to make sure they have a very detailed understanding of what is to come. We help develop a plan of success to make sure they are well informed of every ascept of the market they are looking in, the paperwork and steps they will nned to follow to successful be in their dream home. 

    Making sure everyone on the team is well educate is extremely important. As the team lead, I am also the productivity coach for the KW market center which means I am  training and coaching each of the agent in the whole office to success. This is the core of my role and the role of my thinking. We are all well trained and also continually seek additional education to keep up with the ever changing market.  We all understand how important education and professionalism is to the success of this business. We provide our resumes to each client.

    There is not a set pricing system.  Truly this shifts based on the home price and services offered.  There are several factors that get taken into consideration.  This is outlined and put into a Net Proceed Sheet for all Seller Clients to review and discuss. Nothing is hidden.  

    I got started in the business after I was searching for something that I felt would better fufill me. I self evaluated myself and determine that being a real estate agent seemed to fit my personality and skill set so I set out to interview and find out.  I am incredibly happy I made the leap into real estate, once I got here I did realize this was the fit I needed.  I was sorry I had not found this career earlier.

    Always my favorite, honestly is helping people through a stressful time in there lives when they feel like this is more than they can handle.  Truly being there for them and getting to the finish line. Knowing what a difference we have make in their lives.   No one told me that truly being in Real Estate was about helping people through the biggest transaction most people do in their life time.  It was about showing pretty homes and making money. When you realize what it really is and love that to the core, than you always have fond events.

    Trust your gust, Ask Questions, and Look at reviews online. There are so many real estate agents out there that it is perfectly fine to interview several until you feel you can truly see yourself working with this person through this transaction.  You will need to have good communication and a partnership to be successful.  Any one can put on a good "Song and Dance" but will they deliver afterwards.  Trust your gut.

    What are my needs?  What are my expectations from this real estate preson?  How do I want them to communicate with me and what do I want them to communicate with me and how often?   If you were me, how would you handle the marketing and what plans would you put in place to readjust?    What do you need me to do to get me home ready?  If those thinks seem hard for me to do, what is the financial effect and/or market effect I would see from not doing them?
