What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact, we will select a date and time that I will come to your home. We will do a walk through of the entire house, room by room. I will make suggestions on how to best get your house ready for sale. If you need my team to come back to organize or stage your home, once we sing a contract, we will set another date and time. We personally select itmes for each home that will allow for the qickest sale.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After years of event planning I have transferred those skills to staging your home. I have degress in art and professional certifications in staging.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The cost will depend on your home. Is it empty? Do you have furniture? Do you need to rent my furniture? How many rooms are being staged?
How did you get started in this business?
It wa a very natural progression for me after years of event planning. I have always had an interest in design and placement of items. I have been flipping houses and doing renovations. Home Staging is an organic interest and talent for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homes that are 1,000 square feet to multi million dallor homes.

When we work together you will experience a professional, with a proven track record, ready to help you get your home ready for sale. When you are looking for a home stager, ask many questions about how they work? What is the policy for furniture rental?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you ready to sell? Do you have time to get your home ready for sale? Do you have the design ideas for furniture placement or items to intice buyers to visulaize themselves in the home?
