What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
People bring their pets to my home where they have their own appointment. Whole process typically takes about an hour. Bath, blow dry, nails ground, ears cleaned and haircut. You can wait or drop off

2 years as an assistant biologist, 3 years pre vet college,12 years grooming experience

How did you get started in this business?
I started at a big box store in 2010 and moved to a private salon where I further trained for 5 years and transitioned to my own place where I can provide service in a special niche for old, handicapped and dogs with anxiety
